Biography
Monica qualified in Nutritional Therapy in 2003 with the Nutritional Healing Foundation. She is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists.
Monica is also a qualified Stress Advisor (Stress Education Services). This advice can be incorporated into her nutritional sessions or in discrete Stress Management sessions.
Monica also runs a package of 8 sessions aimed at losing weight based in healthy eating and addressing any emotional issues hindering this.
If your organisation needs it Monica can run workshops and seminars addressing the link between stress and nutrition for employees.
